Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applications development experience on the listed technologies.
• Experience with Java/J2EE stacks and modern UI frameworks.
• Ability to design, develop and implement changes within agreed timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement changes within agreed timeframes and standards.
• Peer code reviews to ensure quality of code deployed in NEMS systems.
• Collaborate with Applications team and users to maximize business benefit.
• Assess impact and risk of potential changes to systems and business.
• Create concise system specs and implement changes to specs.
• Follow change and version control processes for auditable changes.
• Provide best-practice recommendations.
• Suggest automation to reduce operational overhead.
• Provide application support to Operations as needed.
