Qualifications

• 5+ years IT engineering/development experience in Digital Assets/FinTech or financial services environments.
• Strong SQL database and API integration experience.
• Proven Java development experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement trading system components end-to-end (order management, execution, booking, risk reporting).
• Build connectivity to external exchanges and market data providers for seamless trade execution.
• Support client/account management systems and integrate with internal risk/compliance functions.
• Collaborate with Trading, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams to define requirements and improve performance.
• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshoot issues across applications and connectivity layers.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of new features and enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships related to market access and trading infrastructure.
