Job summary

Amundi in Singapore is seeking a senior Java developer to join our asset management technology team. You will analyse change requests, design and develop solutions, and participate in deployments, ensuring performance and quality.

The role requires a Master’s in CS, 5+ years of experience in financial services, and strong Java/Spring/Swing/SQL skills, with domain knowledge of trading and financial instruments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in finance/asset management domains.

Responsibilities

• Analyse change requests described by the business team or application bugs reported by level 1 support.
• Propose solutions to implement these requests or corrections.
• Estimate the effort required to implement solutions and choose the most suitable solution in partnership with the business team.
• Design and develop the chosen solutions while respecting the application architecture, its performance constraints, and the team's best practices and quality standards.
• Test solutions ensuring they meet the established functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in application deployment.
