Job summary

JonDavidson Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Java expert to build secure, high-volume microservices for core banking applications. You will design and implement scalable services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST, focusing on security and performance.

You will collaborate with architects, QA, and ops to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Git) and reliable monitoring (ELK). Prior banking domain experience and PCI-DSS awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Java development experience, with at least 3+ years in banking environments.
• Proficient in Java 8+ and Spring Boot/Security, JPA and REST APIs.
• Experience with Oracle DB, Kafka/JMS, and Docker in production systems.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS requirements and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Code & integrate transaction systems (SWIFT/ISO 20022).
• Secure APIs (OAuth2/JWT), optimize latency.
• CI/CD (Jenkins/Git), monitor (ELK).
• Agile delivery with architects & QA.
