Job summary

QUANTEAM (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join a leading Banking-as-a-Service platform.

You will manage the full software development life cycle, from planning and prioritizing to testing and release, while providing technical leadership to junior developers. The role requires 8+ years of experience in Java, with strong proficiency in Spring Framework and RESTful APIs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to best practices, and mentoring of teammates

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in Java software development.
Experience with Spring Boot and/or Spring Framework.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and industry standards.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Work with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
