Job summary

ANTAS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Java software engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems.

You will lead scalable microservices and API implementations while collaborating across teams to deliver secure, maintainable software solutions throughout the full SDLC. The role requires deep Java expertise, strong Spring Framework and Spring Boot experience, and a solid background in RESTful and SOAP services, unit testing, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java application development experience in enterprise contexts.
• Expertise with Spring Framework and Spring Boot in microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and secure coding.
• Experience building RESTful and SOAP services and API integrations.
• Proficient in version control, build tools, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java web apps and distributed systems.
• Lead scalable microservices and API implementations across teams.
• Architect RESTful APIs and SOAP services for integration.
• Translate requirements into robust software solutions through SDLC.
• Conduct code and design reviews, mentor junior developers.
• Profile, debug, and optimize performance; ensure code quality.
• Oversee deployment, release validation, and production support.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to development standards.
