Qualifications

• 8+ years in Java-based enterprise development.
• Hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Mandatory Kafka and event-driven development.
• Flowable Workflow Management experience.
• Experience with Spring Security, OAuth, JWT.
• Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise env.
• Experience with REST/SOAP/GraphQL/OpenAPI.
• RDBMS/NoSQL databases expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions.
• Develop reliable APIs and service integrations.
• Build asynchronous and event-driven solutions with Kafka.
• Design workflow-driven apps with Flowable.
• Develop secure services using Spring Security, OAuth, JWT.
• Work on distributed apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design components for high throughput, concurrency, performance.
• Integrate backend with web apps and external systems using REST/SOAP.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, QA, and engineering teams.
• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, automated testing, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to standards.
