Job summary

XENDER TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Java Backend) to lead architecture and development of core backend systems, distributed services, and cloud-based applications for international products.

You will design high-concurrency platforms, implement payment gateways and wallet systems, and collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions using Spring Cloud, Redis, Kafka, and MySQL on AWS and Alibaba Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of Java backend, distributed systems, and system architecture.
• Expertise in Spring/Spring Cloud, Redis, Kafka, RocketMQ, and MySQL.
• Hands-on with AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
• Experience designing payment gateways, billing engines, wallet systems.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to lead end-to-end delivery in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop high-concurrency, globally distributed backend systems.
• Build and maintain payment gateways, billing engines, and wallet services.
• Develop cloud data pipelines and analytics platforms using AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
• Ensure scalability with load balancing and distributed locks.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from design to production deployment.
