Job summary

Green Link Digital Bank (GLDB) in Singapore seeks a strategic Head of Business Applications to align technology delivery with business goals, regulatory requirements and risk controls. You will lead roadmap, governance and a high-performing team to enable stable, secure, scalable applications across the bank.

You will partner with stakeholders to drive modernization, manage vendors and oversee change, incident and service management while embedding risk-aware decision making and audit readiness

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in banking technology, including leadership of large-scale delivery.
• Experience across digital banking, payments, risk and regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios, vendors and outsourced providers.
• Strong governance, cybersecurity, audit and regulatory compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for the bank's business applications portfolio.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions supporting strategic objectives.
• Lead application modernisation, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of enhancements, regulatory initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Ensure governance across delivery, testing and release activities.
• Manage vendors, service providers and system integrators.
• Oversee stability, performance and availability of business applications.
• Drive incident, problem and service management to achieve excellence.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, InfoSec and Internal Audit.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of application professionals.
