Qualifications

• :Bachelor degree or Master degree in a relevant field; strong analytical skills and 10+ years of experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage stakeholder relationships to understand needs and deliver technology solutions.
• Design and map business requirements to solutions, ensuring alignment with overall architecture.
• Manage outsourced vendors and in-house contractors; conduct procurement as needed.
• Ensure ICT governance, risk management and compliance with standards and policies.
• Plan, manage and deliver IT projects within scope, cost and schedule; assure quality of systems.
• Oversee operations, change requests, production support and service levels; drive improvements.
• Define and track SLOs and support monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure system health.
