Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is hiring a Senior System Administrator to administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services and IT infrastructure across the organisation. The role focuses on Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Active Directory, MFA, Defender, DLP, and network security.

You will also manage VPNs, conduct system maintenance, migrations, and documentation, with a preference for 1–2 years IT/cybersecurity experience and a Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 email systems preferred.
• 1–2 years IT and cybersecurity experience is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Manage Active Directory: user provisioning, access control, and policies.
• Implement and maintain M365 security features (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, DLP).
• Manage network infrastructure including firewalls and VPN connectivity.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot servers and endpoints.
• Support M365 deployment, migration, and tenant administration.
• Perform routine maintenance: patching, backup, recovery operations.
• Maintain IT documentation for systems and configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth IT operations.
