Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage enterprise Windows server environments, oversee identity services, and administer Microsoft 365 in a hybrid setup. Join a collaborative team driving security, backups, and modernization across on-premise and cloud platforms.

With 5+ years in systems administration, you will contribute to infrastructure improvements, cloud migrations, and ongoing digital transformation in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or related IT operations role.
• Strong experience administering Windows Server environments in an enterprise setting.
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management technologies.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security technologies, conditional access policies, and identity governance.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure administration and hybrid cloud environments would be highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Linux server administration is beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications would be an added advantage.

• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and authentication-related issues.
• Support business continuity by maintaining backup, recovery, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Participate in infrastructure enhancement projects, cloud migrations, system upgrades, and technology modernisation initiatives.
