Job summary

PVH Corp is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join the IT Department for a global logistics client. You will be the first point of contact for users across local and global offices, providing 24/7 support in a multicultural environment.

You will manage the IT service desk, support Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, and network infrastructure, and work with vendors on audits, DR drills, and procurement. A Diploma/Bachelor in IT is required, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT/ Computing or minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 products, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Networking and Unified communications/collaboration.
• Familiar with IT service desk systems such as Fresh Service, Service Now.
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL Foundation will be advantageous.
• Good troubleshooting skills across desktop, server, cloud, networking, and security technologies.
• Experienced in Service Level Agreements and IT desk deliverables.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the IT service desk, guiding the service desk team and representing it to stakeholders.
• Support laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and business applications onsite or remotely.
• Monitor IT system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL Server, and related infrastructure.
• Perform server maintenance, patching, upgrades, and backup administration.
• Assist with Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Test (VAPT), IT audits, and disaster recovery exercises with vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors and support IT procurement activities.
