Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Co-Development Business Unit in Singapore. Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or related field.
• Solid hands-on experience in application development using Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL and web/OOP frameworks.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, or hybrid).
• Experience with government digital services is an advantage.
• Degree in CS/IT/IS or related discipline is required.
• Professional certifications are advantageous.
• Candidates with proven delivery track record may be considered even if academic background differs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis and design activities for new and existing systems.
• Collaborate with business units to translate operational needs into functional specifications.
• Oversee system integration with internal systems and external government platforms (e.g., Singpass, CorpPass, GovTech).
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members.
• Monitor system performance and drive improvements for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Prepare documentation including BRDs, functional specs, design docs, and test plans.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators to meet scope, time, and budget.
