Job summary

Riskdata Consulting seeks a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead large-scale banking IT programs in Singapore. You will coordinate multi-vendor teams, manage budgets up to USD 20M, and drive end-to-end delivery from requirements through production rollout.

You will oversee 50+ technologists, implement PMO governance, and ensure regulatory compliance while balancing agile and waterfall delivery using Jira, MS Project, and Clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience, specifically in Banking/Financial Services technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large enterprise IT projects with budgets of USD 10–20M+ and multiple tech workstreams.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including requirements gathering, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production rollout.
• Manage 50+ technical resources and multi-vendor teams with demand-supply planning and capacity management.
• Implement PMO governance with RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, controls, audits.
• Manage project financials: forecasting, burn rate, cost optimization, variance analysis, invoicing, reporting.
• Lead vendor/commercial management: SOWs, SLAs, contracts, negotiations, procurement.
• Apply Banking IT security, risk management, regulatory compliance, audits knowledge.
• Use Agile and Waterfall with Jira/Kanban for governance, planning, delivery tracking.
• Present status, financials, risks, and delivery to Senior Management/CTO/CIO and QBRs.
• Use MS Project, Jira, SharePoint/Confluence, Clarity for tracking and reporting.

Job Summary

Lead and deliver large-scale IT projects in Banking/Financial Services, managing multi-vendor teams and budgets up to USD 20M+. Drive end-to-end project delivery, financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale enterprise IT projects/programmes with budgets of USD 10 to 20M+ and multiple technology workstreams to achieve project goals.


• Lead end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production rollout.


• Oversee 50+ technical resources and multi-vendor teams by conducting demand-supply planning, capacity management, and resource forecasting to optimize team performance.


• Implement PMO governance by maintaining RAID logs, managing risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, project controls, audit, and compliance activities.


• Manage project financials through budget forecasting, burn rate monitoring, cost optimization, variance analysis, invoicing, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal discipline.


• Conduct vendor and commercial management including drafting and managing SOWs, SLAs, contracts, vendor negotiations, and procurement processes.


• Apply strong knowledge of Banking IT security, risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal/external technology audits to maintain project integrity.


• Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies with tools such as Jira/Kanban for sprint governance, project planning, and delivery tracking to ensure timely project execution.


• Present project status, financials, risks, and delivery performance to Senior Management, Steering Committees, CIO/CTO-level stakeholders, and QBR forums to support informed decision-making.


• Use MS Project, Jira, SharePoint/Confluence, and enterprise project/financial management tools like Clarity or equivalents to facilitate project tracking and reporting.

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.


• Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience, specifically in Banking/Financial Services technology projects.
