Job summary

The role requires 5–8 years of IT/Technology project management experience, strong governance know-how, and excellent stakeholder management to influence teams and drive results while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Office environment with minimal travel and collaboration across regional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant IT/Technology project management experience.
• Strong regulatory and governance experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and driving projects, coordinating teams, timelines, resources, risks and issues.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence different teams.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex project issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies resources and develops schedules to meet deadlines.
• Verifies adherence to control and risk implementations, standards and process changes.
• Determines scope and impact of risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
• Applies understanding of IT project leadership concepts to resolve issues.
• Demonstrates understanding of IT project leadership integration to achieve business goals.
• Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complex situations.
• Impacts delivery and resource planning; negotiates with external parties as needed.
• Escalates, manages and reports control issues with transparency.
