Citi in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Project Group Manager to lead complex technology delivery within International Technology Regulatory Governance and Oversight. You will manage a team of professionals, set project plans, budgets, and governance materials for senior management.

The role focuses on regulatory regimes, ownership of job profiles and statements of responsibilities, and close collaboration with stakeholders across geographies to ensure compliant, timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in a related technology role with commensurate people management experience.
• Experience with regulatory regimes and governance reporting is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills at senior levels.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for all technology components of major/complex projects.
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Provides strategic direction for projects and staffing guidelines.
• Influences senior leaders and manages budget, resources and risk.
