Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Singapore is seeking a proactive PMO/Project Coordinator to maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance artefacts across client engagements, ensuring timely follow‑up and closure.

You will collaborate with Risk, Finance, Data Management and external vendors, prepare status updates and management reports, and support scope, milestones and delivery roadmaps in line with PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Data Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, governance, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of PMO governance, planning, RAID management, and change control.
• Experience in creating project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and governance materials.
• Experience supporting IT, data governance, risk management, or transformation in Banking/Financial Services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Prior consulting experience is preferred.
• BCBS239 or regulatory initiatives experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Data Management, and external vendors to manage dependencies and issues.
• Support planning, scope development, milestones, governance frameworks, and delivery roadmaps.
• Track compliance with PMO governance requirements and documentation controls.
• Manage project repositories, governance artefacts, lessons learned, and knowledge management.
• Prepare status updates, management reports, and governance documentation for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, capture decisions, and ensure delivery of actions.
