Job summary

GTS Consulting in Singapore seeks an experienced project coordinator to support PMO governance and delivery. You will coordinate schedules, RAID logs, and governance artefacts while collaborating with Risk, Finance, Data Management and external vendors to resolve issues and manage dependencies.

You will help plan scope, milestones and roadmaps, ensuring documentation aligns with standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to drive timely outcomes in a regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in project coordination, PMO, governance or transformation.
• Experience in consulting is preferred.
• Experience in BCBS239 or data governance/regulatory projects.
• Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra or Informatica.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, status reporting, RAID, issue tracking, change control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Data Management and external vendors to manage dependencies and issues.
• Support scope, milestones, governance frameworks, roadmaps, and documentation.
• Track PMO governance, reporting standards, and documentation controls.
• Maintain repositories, governance artefacts, lessons learned, and knowledge docs.
• Prepare status updates, management reports, and governance materials.
• Coordinate meetings, capture decisions, and follow through on actions.
