Job summary

Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a senior IT operations leader to manage large-scale workplace and end-user computing services within a managed services environment. You will ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing IT support for users while driving modernization through AI-driven insights, automation, and data-led decisions.

The role covers end-to-end workplace service delivery across service desk and onsite support, including people leadership, asset governance, and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
10+ years in IT operations.
Min 5 years in people leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage workplace managed services for 3,000–9,000 users.
Oversee service desk and onsite support operations.
Design, enhance, and standardize workplace support processes.
Own service performance and SLAs.
Escalation authority for high impact incidents.
Drive AI-driven analytics and automation in operations.
Coordinate incident resolution and RCA.
Prepare service performance reports.
