Job summary
SPH Media is seeking a Lead of AI TechOps to accelerate AI transformation across the organisation. You’ll lead a small team of AI engineers, translate business needs into practical AI-powered solutions and bridge everyday AI adoption with scalable, sustainable AI-enabled work practices.
The role combines deep technical work with product thinking to turn emerging AI capabilities into tangible organisational value, in Singapore’s IT division.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI solutions into operational use.
- Strong understanding of modern AI architectures (LLMs, RAG, agents).
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
- Experience with front-end or full-stack development and APIs.
- Familiarity with MLOps / DevOps practices and CI/CD.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, prototyping and deployment of AI solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate problems into AI solutions.
- Prioritize and manage the AI solution development pipeline.
- Champion rapid experimentation and iterative development.
- Ensure prototypes transition to reliable, maintainable solutions for operations.
- Define standards for testing, deployment, docs, versioning and maintenance.
