Job summary

TANGSPAC CONSULTING PTE LTD is seeking an experienced IT Operations / Command Centre Manager to lead a 24x7 data centre operations team in a banking environment, responsible for end-to-end operational management of core banking infrastructure, batch scheduling, monitoring, and Level 1 support to ensure high availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of IT operations experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a data centre environment.
• Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day data centre operations to ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure.
• Lead batch scheduling, interdependencies, pre/post conditions, and error handling for critical processes.
• Manage Level 1 support, incident logging, prioritisation, and timely resolution.
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop a team of operations engineers and coordinate with vendors for 24x7 support.
