Job summary

Lifelong Learning Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an IT Infrastructure Coordinator to ensure availability and performance of core services.

You will act as the primary in-house escalation point for infrastructure incidents, coordinate multi-vendor efforts, and maintain up‑to‑date network diagrams and asset records. The role emphasizes governance, security controls, and continuous improvement within a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Background in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP.
• Understanding of network and security principles.
• Interest in cybersecurity, infrastructure, and IT operations.

Responsibilities
