Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks an IT Infrastructure & Network Specialist to support the school’s IT backbone, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance across campus. Role involves hands-on network and server support, incident resolution and collaboration with vendors.

Responsibilities span network services, servers, Active Directory, patching and security; the candidate will ensure ICT reliability, compliance and smooth campus operations, including classrooms and labs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• CCNA certification is preferred.
• Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting and incident resolution; exposure to enterprise network, firewall, wireless or security environments is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, VPN and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Network & Infrastructure Support: Maintain LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS and related services.
• Monitor network availability and performance; troubleshoot connectivity issues across classrooms, laboratories, offices and remote users.
• Assist with network configuration, segmentation, firewall policies, wireless access and secure connectivity.
• Coordinate with vendors on network, ISP, firewall, wireless and cabling matters.
• Systems & Endpoint Support: Support servers, virtualization, backup, monitoring and Microsoft 365 services.
• Assist with Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, user access and endpoint configuration.
• Support patching, firmware upgrades, software deployment, endpoint protection and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide technical support for classrooms, computer labs, examinations and campus operations.
• Service Desk & Incident Support: Provide technical support and escalation for infrastructure and network incidents.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis and ensure proper documentation.
• Support incident, service request and change management processes; contribute to knowledge base.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance ICT reliability.
• Security, Compliance & Operations: ICT controls relating to access management, network security, asset management and monitoring.
• Maintain operational documentation for ISO 27001, EduTrust, audits.
• Follow ICT and change management procedures.
• Support security incident response and recovery activities.
• Projects & Vendor Coordination: Support infrastructure projects like network refreshes, firewall upgrades and Microsoft 365/cloud initiatives.
• Testing, implementation, documentation and handover of new ICT solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors on implementation and support matters.
• Undertake other ICT duties as assigned.
