Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an IT Infrastructure & Network Specialist on a 1-year contract, with potential renewal or conversion based on performance and headcount. The role offers a hands-on position supporting campus IT infrastructure and network services.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years in IT infrastructure, network administration or IT operations, with CCNA preferred and strong TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, VPN skills. Salary is SGD 3,000–5,000 per month, working five days.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and network operations.
• Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• CCNA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide network & infrastructure support for LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot incidents; assist with configurations.
• Support servers, virtualization, backup, monitoring, Microsoft 365 and endpoint management.
• Handle incident response, service requests and change management processes; update knowledge base.
• Ensure ICT security controls and ISO 27001 / EduTrust compliant operations.
