Qualifications

• 10+ years HRMS application development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C#, LINQ, and generic collections.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, Blazor.
• Experience with SQL databases and tuning.
• Frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery.
• Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
• Build web services and web applications using C# and ASP.NET technologies.
• Develop and integrate APIs and data from back-end services and databases.
• Lead and support the service desk team for incidents and requests.
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems across environments.
• Document development processes and architectures.
• Plan system upgrades and modernization with automation and cost focus.
