Qualifications

• At least 10 years of HRMS application development experience.
• Well versed in C#, LINQ, Generic Collection and ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core Blazor.
• Experience with database applications (SQL) and JavaScript/XML/SQL.
• Knowledge of APIs and web services (RESTful & SOAP).
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design to production support.
• Lead web and application development with C#/.NET stack and RESTful APIs.
• Build and maintain web services, internal and external APIs, and front-end interfaces.
• Oversee server infrastructure, monitoring, backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage service desk collaboration and drive process improvements.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across IT/OT environments.
