Job summary

HERDHR PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a capable Full-Stack Developer to join our HR software team. You will contribute to design, build, and maintain features across the tech stack, collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality software.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with PHP Laravel and JavaScript frameworks, CI/CD, and version control tools. You should be independent, analytical, and fluent in English to communicate effectively with teammates.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology with 3 years of full stack development experience.
• At least three years in an agile environment.
• Experience with PHP Laravel and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and version control (Git).
• Familiar with NodeJS and Jira is an advantage.
• Strong design, implementation, testing and debugging skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, monitor and manage the development team.
• Make excellent coding decisions and prioritize features.
• Deliver features of products based on priority.
• Perform software design, development, enhancement and maintenance in agile.
• Adopt modern web technologies to improve UX and interactivity.
• Develop objective-driven, user-friendly solutions with the right tech.
• Continuously research new web technologies for UI/UX improvement.
