ALL SAINTS HOME in Singapore seeks a Senior IT Executive (Infrastructure) to maintain servers, virtualization platforms, networks, backups, and security controls across multiple nursing home sites. The role supports reliability, security, and availability of IT systems and aids in cloud adoption.
You will drive infrastructure improvements, implement hybrid solutions where applicable, and contribute to the organisation’s digital transformation roadmap.
The Senior IT Executive (Infrastructure) is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualisation platforms, networking, backup environments, and cybersecurity controls.
The role ensures the reliability, security, and availability of IT systems that support both clinical and operational services across multiple nursing home sites. The position will also support infrastructure improvement initiatives and contribute to the organisation’s gradual adoption of cloud technologies.
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, virtualisation platforms, and core infrastructure systems.
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable operations across all sites.
Perform system administration tasks including patch management, updates, and preventive maintenance.
Support infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh cycles, and capacity planning.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to infrastructure systems, tools, and technologies.
Support infrastructure modernisation initiatives and evaluation of future cloud adoption for selected systems.
Assist in planning and implementation of hybrid infrastructure solutions integrating on-premise systems with cloud platforms where applicable.
Manage backup operations and support disaster recovery planning and testing.
Investigate and resolve infrastructure alerts and incidents.
Support implementation of cybersecurity controls including system patching and vulnerability remediation.
Participate in infrastructure improvement initiatives and technology refresh projects.
Maintain infrastructure documentation and ensure compliance with organisational IT policies and governance practices.
Support IT initiatives aligned with the organisation’s digital transformation roadmap.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration roles.
Candidates should have hands‑on experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments including servers, virtualisation platforms, and backup systems.
Windows Server administration
Active Directory and identity management
Virtualisation platforms (VMware / Hyper‑V)
Backup and disaster recovery solutions
Infrastructure monitoring tools
Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN)
Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, including exposure to cloud migration or implementation projects.
Understanding of hybrid infrastructure concepts and cloud security practices.
Exposure to cybersecurity practices or infrastructure security controls.
Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments will be an advantage.
