Job summary

CHANG HUA CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an IT professional to develop and maintain the company’s information technology strategies and policies in Singapore. You will manage network security, oversee IT assets, and supply technical trainings to teams to ensure secure operations.

You'll implement software/hardware solutions, manage backups and disaster recovery (Acronis), and oversee BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, and other Autodesk products while revamping the company website and intranet as part of

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of working experience in IT roles.
• Strong IT skills across Windows, macOS, servers and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT strategies and policies for the company.
• Develop and manage network security strategies and policies.
• Represent the company’s IT solutions to meet organizational requirements.
• Plan and implement software and hardware solutions for systems and software.
• Oversee IT assets and procurement (with min 3 quotations).
• Manage office network and troubleshoot common problems.
• Prepare and update technical documents; provide training to teams.
• Setup and maintain backup and disaster recovery (Acronis).
• Setup and maintain cloud computing, BIM 360 and Autodesk products (Revit, AutoCAD).
• Revamp/improve company websites and intranet.
• Participate in IT-related projects and other tasks as assigned.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain information technology strategies and policies of the company
• Develop and manage network security strategies and policies based on company policy and relevant laws that enhance secure working and protection of data
• Representing the company's best in class IT solutions to meet organization requirements
• Planning and implementation of software and hardware solutions for organization systems and software
• Oversee company's IT assets and procurement (with min 3 quotations)
• Oversee office network management, and deal with common network problems
• Responsible for the preparing and updating of technical documents within the team, and provide technical trainings to the teams
• Setup and maintain infrastructure like backup (Acronis); disaster recovery setup
• Setup and maintain cloud computing technologySetup and maintain BIM 360 and other Autodesk products e.g. Revit, AutoCAD etc.
• Revamp/ improve company websites and intranet
• Participate in IT-related projects and perform any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 3 years of working experience
• Specialize in IT related troubleshooting, system setup, upgrading and maintenance
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Windows, MS Server, MacOS and related Hardware etc.
• Able to maintain normal day-to-day operation of multiple application systems
• Hands-on with new IT systems and applications implementations
