Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is hiring an IT Warehouse Operations Executive in Singapore. You will help streamline storage, movement and tracking of IT equipment while ensuring accurate records and quality checks.

Role requires hands-on warehouse experience, ability to follow SOPs, and comfort with repetitive manual tasks. Work from the office with day or late/PM shifts, supporting asset handling and collaboration with IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and inspect incoming IT equipment for damage or discrepancies.
• Verify quantities, serial numbers, asset tags and other identifiers.
• Pack IT equipment safely for deployment, transport or storage.
• Apply RFID tags and asset identification labels accurately.
• Record UAT results and elevate issues.
• Maintain accurate asset records, checklists and processing docs.
• Support stock counts, asset reconciliation and inventory checks.
• Coordinate with imaging, extraction and technical teams for smooth handovers.

We're Hiring: IT Warehouse Operations Executive!

Join our dynamic team as an IT Warehouse Operations Executive and help streamline the storage, movement, and tracking of IT equipment and assets. We are looking for a motivated professional with hands-on experience in warehouse operations and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth inventory management and support our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

IT Asset Receiving & Handling

• Receive, unpack and inspect incoming IT equipment for damage or discrepancies.
• Verify quantities, serial numbers, asset tags and other identifiers.
• Segregate and elevate damaged, defective or unidentified assets.

Asset Packing & Preparation

• Pack IT equipment safely for deployment, transportation or storage.
• Ensure boxes are properly sealed, secured and prepared as per SOP.
• Perform final physical checks before dispatch.

RFID & Asset Tagging

• Apply RFID tags and asset identification labels accurately.
• Verify tag placement, attachment and readability.
• Report missing, damaged, duplicated or incorrect tags.

Basic UAT & Quality Checks

• Perform basic physical and operational checks before dispatch.
• Verify device power-up and defined baseline readiness requirements.
• Record UAT results and elevate failed checks or hardware issues.

Asset Records & Inventory

• Maintain accurate warehouse checklists, asset records and processing documentation.
• Update UAT, RFID tagging and asset processing status.
• Support stock counts, asset reconciliation and inventory checks.

Warehouse Operations

• Support asset movement, storage, picking, staging and dispatch.
• Ensure assets are stored systematically and securely.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse.
• Follow asset-handling, safety and security procedures.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with Imaging, Extraction and technical teams for smooth asset processing.
• Manage asset handovers between warehouse and technical areas.
• Escalate operational issues, discrepancies and bottlenecks.
• Support other warehouse activities as assigned.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, production, manufacturing or asset-handling environments.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
• Comfortable handling IT equipment and performing repetitive physical activities.
• Able to lift and move equipment and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with checklists, spreadsheets or inventory systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and disciplined.
• Willing to work Day or Late/PM shifts.

Preferred

• Experience with IT hardware, IT assets, electronics or computer equipment.
• Experience in an IT asset warehouse, data centre, logistics hub or technology environment.
• Familiarity with RFID, asset tagging, barcode scanning or inventory systems.
• Experience with basic hardware/device quality checks or UAT.
• Experience working with technical teams such as desktop support, imaging or hardware deployment.
