Job summary

Shinryo Corporation in Singapore is seeking a reliable and hands-on Senior IT Engineer to support the day-to-day IT operations. You will provide technical support to users, maintain IT equipment and systems, and assist with networking and firewall administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Basic experience in IT support and helpdesk environments.
• Familiarity with AD, networking, firewalls, and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and IT issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals and other IT equipment.
• Assist with network troubleshooting including LAN, Wi‑Fi, IP addressing and switches.
• Administer and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall and manage AD tasks.
