Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced technical support professional to manage incident and problem resolution, deployments and ongoing health checks. You will work with product support, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure stability and rapid resolutions of complex issues.

The role requires a strong foundation in Oracle Identity Governance, databases, Linux/Unix environments, and scripting.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Identity Governance 12c, Oracle Database and WebLogic.
Experience with Linux/Unix & Windows Server OS, Python and Java/JavaScript.
Familiarity with LDAP/AD and complex SQL queries.

Responsibilities

Engage in day-to-day support activities including incident and problem management.
Perform production deployments, patch activities on the supported applications and servers.
Collaborate with product support/development teams for permanent resolutions and changes.
Provide after-hours standby support and manage major incidents of critical services.
Develop support documents and reports; drive audit RFIs and requirements.
Correlate events across systems to surface and resolve underlying issues.
