Xcellink Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead IS/IT category sourcing, including hardware, software, and services. You will balance supplier competitions, support cross-functional teams, and ensure timely procurement orders.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in business or engineering, has 5+ years in IS/IT procurement, and values governance and negotiation excellence in an international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of IS/IT category experience including hardware, software, and networking.
• Professional qualifications (CIPS, EIPM, ISM, MAI) desirable.
• Experience in project negotiations or category management desirable.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure supplier competitions follow governance processes to improve business and customer performance.
• Support Supplier Development Team with required backing.
• Provide Business Admin/Users with information to raise Procurement Orders.
• Support procurement categories, collaborating with relevant departments.
• Handle supplier selection, commercial and contract negotiations.

Job Description:

• Ensure that supplier competitions follow the governance process and are balanced and fair in order to improve business and customer performance.
• Ensure that the Supplier Development Team have the required support / leverage in order for these actions to be successful.
• Ensure the BA's (Business Admin/Users) receive all required information to raise the Procurement Orders.
• Supports procurement categories, working closely with the relevant departments.
• Supplier selection, commercial negotiation and contract negotiation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Procurement, Supply Chain or Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IS/IT Category experience includes IS/IT hardware, software, network equipment, telco services and IT equivalent experience.
• Recognized professional qualification (CIPS, EIPM, ISM, MAI...) are desirable.
• Demonstrates experience in project negotiations and/or categories is desirable.
• Capability to work within cross functional and international multi organizational teams (teamwork).
