Job summary

ENGIE Energy Marketing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Application Support Specialist to ensure system stability and run continuity across services in Europe or Singapore. You will monitor the IT platform, handle incidents, and support users across pre-trade, pricing, and live trading environments.

Key responsibilities include coordinating incidents with Paris teams, enriching the backlog, and collaborating with Business Analysts to implement improvements within a global context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Application Support Specialist within commodity trading, energy trading, or financial services environments.
• Experience supporting trading, risk management, and portfolio management processes across front, middle, and back-office functions.
• Proven experience working in live trading environments and supporting business-critical applications.
• Experience with ETRM/CTRM, trading, or risk management platforms such as Orchestrade, Endur, Murex, Calypso, Beacon, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience working with global and cross-regional teams in delivering business and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Production monitoring: Monitor the global IT platform and respond to alerts; analyze, document, and resolve incidents.
• Provide user support for configurations and assistance; collect feedback on Run Quality and share with dev teams.
• Transversal: enrich the backlog of problems and participate in continuous learning; manage IT aspects of Singapore BCP; share improvement ideas with Business Analyst.
