Job summary

UCT Fluid Solutions is seeking a Sr Mgr, IoT Software Eng in Singapore to lead embedded software initiatives for IoT valve solutions. You will design, develop, deploy and maintain software with hardware and cloud integration, and collaborate with the hardware team to advance PCBA test jig/devices.

You will manage on-site teams, drive agile programs, and mentor engineers while ensuring delivery against time, cost, and quality constraints in a fast-growing semiconductor ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded software design and SDLC.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and MCU architectures.
• Hands-on with RTOS and debugging tools.
• Knowledge of I2C/SPI/UART and network protocols.
• Experience with IoT protocols and gateway integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, Deploy and Maintain Embedded Software for IoT/Smart valve solutions.
• Collaborate with Hardware teams and external vendors to design PCBA Test Jig and testing procedures.
• Develop solutions in an agile delivery method.
• Lead the team on site and manage people.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet time, cost and quality targets.
