Job summary

CSIT Singapore seeks an experienced senior engineer to drive end-to-end development of IoT/IIoT products. You will lead hardware, firmware and system design, from concept through production, ensuring robust performance, security, and user experience.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, enforce governance controls, and guide projects from prototype to mass production in a Singapore-based role.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years direct hardware or system design experience.
• Experience with firmware from concept to production.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Comfort with governance constraints including security and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development for new IoT/IIoT hardware.
• Design hardware and firmware, optimize PCB layouts and interfaces.
• Ensure connectivity between devices, edge, and cloud platforms.
• Validate designs, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with software, quality, and operations teams; manage risk.
• Apply cybersecurity considerations and change-control practices.
