Job summary

CSIT in Singapore seeks an experienced senior engineer to drive end-to-end IoT/IIoT product development, leading hardware and embedded systems design from concept through production. Qualifications

• Degree or Master's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of direct hardware/system design experience with embedded focus.
• Resilient, methodical and curious approach to design.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Comfort handling governance constraints (auditability, security, privacy).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development for IoT/IIoT hardware from concept to production.
• Define architecture, hardware design, firmware, and PCB layouts.
• Ensure reliable connectivity to edge devices and cloud platforms.
• Perform testing, validation, and optimization of circuits and interfaces.
• Collaborate with software, quality and operations teams; manage risks.
