Job summary

UCT is seeking a Sr Mgr, IoT Software Eng to join our Singapore team. You will design, develop, deploy, and maintain embedded software for IoT/Smart valve solutions, coordinating with hardware and cloud features and collaborating with external vendors.

You will lead the on-site team, drive agile delivery, and work with cross‑functional groups to achieve targets in time, cost and quality, while ensuring testability and robust software practices. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Embedded software design and SDLC knowledge (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
• 2+ domains: RTOS, MCUs, peripherals
• Fluent English in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, Deploy and Maintain Embedded Software for IoT/Smart valve solutions and integrate with hardware and cloud features
• Collaborate with Hardware Team/ vendors to design PCBA test jig and production test procedures
• Develop solutions using agile delivery methods
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet project targets for time, cost and quality
• Lead the team on site and manage personnel
