Job summary

Dyson Singapore seeks an experienced Compliance leader to drive IoT regulatory programs across EMC, RF and cybersecurity for Dyson’s connected products. You will direct certification efforts in multiple markets, ensure global regulatory knowledge is up-to-date, and lead cross-functional teams to manage product approvals throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–12+ years of experience in EMC/RF compliance, IoT certification, or product approvals.
• Strong knowledge of IoT standards (ETSİ EN 303645, CISPR 14-1 & 2, Bluetooth SIG, etc.) and radio regulations.

Responsibilities

• Define global compliance and market access strategies for EMC, RF, and cybersecurity.
• Direct certification efforts for markets including FCC, CE/RED, ISED, SIRIM, SRRC, MIC, MSIP, etc.
• Ensure knowledge of technical requirements and standards is obtained and maintained.
• Validate compliance requirements across projects and disciplines using agreed methods.
• Mentor team members and contribute to team initiatives and change projects.
