Job summary

CITIC Securities International in Singapore seeks an experienced fund client services professional to be the primary contact for assigned fund clients. You will coordinate with operations, legal, compliance and investor relations to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or related discipline.
• 5 to 8+ years’ experience in fund, financial solutions, or corporate solutions, ideally with a fund administrator or securities services provider in Singapore.
• Experience in client services or relationship management.
• Existing network of third party influencers and business contacts preferred.
• Knowledge of financial market including Singapore VCC and offshore funds markets.
• Strong self-confidence and strategic mind to lead discussions with stakeholders at varying seniority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese due to HQ in Beijing.
• Prior work experience with a Chinese company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned fund clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to daily inquiries.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and coordinate with internal operations teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor and track the progress of fund onboarding and ongoing operational tasks, keeping clients informed of status updates.
• Handle client complaints and special requests in accordance with established procedures, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each client’s fund structure, operational requirements, and service expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, accounting, and investor relations, to ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.
• Provide guidance to clients on operational processes, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Prepare and deliver regular service updates, reports, and meeting materials for clients.
• Support the implementation of client service standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of service workflows.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for service enhancement.
