Job summary

roadget business pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Investor Relations Manager to own the earnings cycle and drive the company’s equity story. You will lead investor engagement, coordinate with the CFO and Head of IR, and mentor junior team members in delivering consistent external messaging.

You will manage institutional relationships, oversee messaging for regulatory disclosures, and plan roadshows and investor conferences as the market backdrop evolves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications or related field; MBA, CFA or equivalent preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including significant in-house IR experience at a listed company, or equity research, investment banking or asset management covering listed equities.
• Demonstrated ownership of an earnings cycle and institutional investor relationships with senior management.
• Deep understanding of equity markets, valuation frameworks, index inclusion mechanics and capital markets transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the earnings cycle end to end — draft and finalise results commentary, Q&A documents and investor presentations, and run preparation for earnings calls and management briefings.
• Lead development of the equity story with a consistent, evidence-based narrative across investor-facing materials as the market backdrop evolves.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts as primary contact and escalate feedback to senior management.
• Drive shareholder register analysis and targeting — monitor ownership, peer valuation and index eligibility, and prioritise outreach to prospective holders.
• Lead IR input into regulatory filings and market disclosures with legal, finance and external advisers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Plan and lead roadshows, conferences, site visits and results presentations, including agenda design and management preparation.
• Produce regular Board and senior management reporting on investor sentiment, peer benchmarking and market positioning.
