Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Investor Relations professional to join Group Finance and shape the bank’s investment thesis for equity and fixed income investors. You will coordinate management with external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate communication of financial performance and capital strategy.

The role requires strong financial modeling, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.
CFA Charterholder or Accountancy qualification is advantageous.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, FP&A or similar analytical roles.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, buy-side and sell-side analysts, and other market participants.
Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and non-deal investor engagements across key financial centres.
Prepare management reports summarising investor feedback and capital market developments.
Support engagement with proxy advisory firms on governance and voting matters.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials and analyst communications, including key messages and FAQs.
