roadget business pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an Investor Relations Manager to support the IR team in executing communication programmes and maintaining relationships with the investment community.

You will prepare earnings materials, cover a defined group of investors and analysts, and provide analysis that supports targeting and messaging. This role is a stepping stone toward full ownership of the earnings cycle and reports to the Head of Investor Relations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant IR experience or related finance roles.
• Experience with earnings materials or investor presentations in-house is preferred.
• Strong understanding of equity markets and financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with IR platforms or market data terminals (e.g., Bloomberg) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including results commentary and investor presentations.
• Draft and maintain the core investor presentation and supporting materials; communicate equity story.
• Act as day-to-day contact for institutional investors and sell-side analysts; escalate feedback.
• Prepare analysis of shareholder register, peer valuations and analyst estimates to support targeting.
• Coordinate investor roadshows, conferences, site visits and results calls; manage logistics.
