Job summary

United Overseas Bank in Singapore seeks an experienced Investor Relations professional to shape the bank's investment narrative for equity and fixed income audiences. You will coordinate with senior management, Group Finance, Treasury, and Corporate Communications to ensure timely and consistent communication of financial performance and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, FP&A or similar analytical roles.
Good understanding of banking and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and non-deal investor engagements.
Analyse shareholder composition and ownership activity.
Monitor market sentiment and provide management with actionable insights.
Support engagement with proxy advisory firms on governance and voting matters.
Assist in preparing quarterly earnings materials and key messages for analysts.
Prepare for investor interactions including results briefings and roadshows.
Monitor industry studies and valuation methodologies to identify investment themes.
Provide quarterly peer benchmarking analyses against banking peers.
