Singapore Public Service seeks an experienced investigator to conduct investigations into violations of traffic-related acts, gather evidence through interviews, fieldwork, and site checks. You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth investigations process and prepare charges or notices as required, including subpoenaing witnesses and attending Court hearings.

• Knowledge in any discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in investigations and enforcement functions for Principal/Senior Executive and at least 5-8 years for Assistant Manager.
• Good communication, written, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinker and skilled writer.
• Meticulous and organized.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct investigations into violations of the Road Traffic Act, Active Mobility Act, Electric Vehicles Charging Act and their subsidiary legislations, ensuring prompt and fair actions.
• Conduct interviews with persons connected to cases to gather relevant facts and information; perform fieldwork, site visits and system checks to secure evidence.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather evidence and ensure smooth investigations workflow; prepare Court charges, summonses, and Notices of Offence if required.
• Prepare investigation papers, arrange subpoenas for witnesses as required, and testify in Court hearings.
• Record complaints and reports from walk-in members of the public; handle general enquiries and address appeals on investigation matters; respond to feedback and phone calls.
• Participate in project-based assignments to improve work processes within Investigations and support LTA’s wider mission; assist senior officers with data analysis, document drafting, testing, and presentations.
