Job summary

Singapore Management University is seeking a seasoned administrator to manage the Dato' Kho Hui Meng Career Centre internship programme. You will coordinate internships, hosts, and funding agencies, oversee events, and ensure compliant administration with reporting standards.

The role requires strong planning, meticulous documentation, and excellent stakeholder management, with duties spanning communications, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of strong administrative experience in a university or public service setting.
• ICF or similar career coaching certification is required.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with strong planning and documentation skills.
• Proven service-excellence mindset and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internships, hosts, and funding agencies; oversee all internship administration.
• Manage logistics for recruitment events, career fairs, and related activities.
• Develop processes to ensure policy compliance for student internships and reporting requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for students and employer partners; communicate requirements and timelines.
• Organise briefings, workshops, information sessions, and external events (virtual and in-person).
• Monitor regulations and standards; maintain internship calendar and coordinate publicity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure programme execution and student employment support.
• Provide general support and perform additional tasks as assigned by the DKHMCC reporting officer.
