Job summary

Nanyang Polytechnic is seeking a highly organized, stakeholder-focused professional to oversee the internship placement programme and Outreach. You will liaise with industry partners, manage the end-to-end placement lifecycle, and support outreach activities to broaden industry ties and opportunities for graduates.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, strong communication, and a proactive approach to sustaining meaningful internship placements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma and above with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with digital/automation tools (e.g. SharePoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive mindset.
• Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to staff on internship placement processes and matching arrangements with industry partners.
• Verify interns' information for placement matching, interviews, and onboarding requirements.
• Collaborate with internship companies to facilitate best matching for interns.
• Conduct shortlisting, screening and coaching for placement interviews.
• Maintain databases and perform data analytics for internship programs.
