Qualifications

• Diploma-level education or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Familiarity with polymer industry and quality standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP B1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Generate quotations, provide them to customers, and follow up on order receipt in a timely manner.
• Review and process customer orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Sales to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and monitor shipments to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Support invoice submission and follow-up on payments.
