Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Planning & Compliance professional to join its Internal Control & Governance team, focusing on J-SOX, internal controls, audits, governance, and risk management.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will work with clients and the Head Office in Japan to strengthen controls, coordinate audits, prepare reports in Japanese and English, and help drive governance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in internal controls, internal audit, governance, compliance, or risk management.
• JLPT N1 level Japanese writing and speaking required.
• Experience coordinating with regional or global headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Support J-SOX activities, including control reviews and remediation follow-up.
• Coordinate audits, consolidate responses, and manage schedules.
• Review policies, coordinate KPI reports, and governance meetings.
• Prepare Japanese/English management reports and liaise with Head Office in Japan.
